Limited Warranty for Components

Century Fuel Products, located at 51225 Martz Road, Belleville, MI 48111 USA, warrants all goods expressly manufactured for Century to be free of defect in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase by the original end user. The sole obligation of Century Fuel Products under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing any part which is deemed to be faulty under normal conditions of use and service. All claims must be made within 15 days of failure date, and part(s) must be returned to Century marked “Attention Warranty Claims” with freight prepaid within 30 days of failure date or the claim is void. All returns must be authorized by Century with an RGA number assigned by Century and marked clearly on the return package. All product(s) received without an authorized RGA number is subject to be returned to the sender collect. On parts where Century functions solely as a distributor, the original manufacturer’s standard warranty will apply.

Century does not cover labor charges, travel time, removal/installation of equipment. Century is not liable for any gas leaks, water leaks, or vacuum leaks as a result of installation by the purchaser, nor any other contingent expenses.

This warranty is limited to the original end user. Specifically excluded from this warranty are products which have been subjected to neglect, abuse, improper application, or damage caused by disasters, such as: fire, flood, wind and lightning. Also excluded are products which have been repaired or adjusted by persons other than a licensed mechanic. Further excluded are Century products in which parts and products other than those manufactured by Century have been used. Unless, the original end user can demonstrate to the satisfaction of Century Fuel Products that said repair or use of non-Century products has in no way contributed to the warranty claim.

Under no circumstance will Century be liable for consequential damages or any expense incurred by reason of the use or sale of any such equipment. No express warranty other than that set forth above shall apply. Any warranty implied by state law or country, whether merchantability or fitness for particular use, shall be effective for any product solely for the duration of the warranty period.

Some states or countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In addition, some states or countries do not allow for the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other legal rights which may vary by state or country.

Information provided by Century, either by website, telephone, catalog, or any other means of communication is given after exercising due care in its compilation, preparation, and issuance; however, CENTURY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY RESULTING FROM SUCH INFORMATION except for the obligation under warranty provided above to replace or repair the product or at Century’s option to refund the purchase price.
