DuroMax-XP10000E Tri-Fuel Kit uses an adapter that makes it possible to operate an engine on three different fuels Propane, Natural Gas, and Gasoline. Adapters will mix the Propane or Natural Gas into the air stream above the gasoline carburetor. The gasoline carburetor remains basically untouched. So this kit is not a conversion, it is an adaptation.

Do you have to Modify Frame?

Unfortunately, we do not know if every generator out there needs their frame modified. Therefore, we are unsure if you need to cut the frame. The air cleaner will be pushed outwards about 1-1/4”. If you need to modify your frame, please visit our support center: "How to Cut a Generator Frame".
